Fixed : An error due to which the cached deals of agents were not loaded when the checkbox of the data provider settings "Offline orders/Trades visibility" was enabled; Binance providers. Fixed an error that occurred when connecting to a provider: "Timestamp for this request is outside of the recvWindow"; An error that occurs while loading tick data for a chart; various minor bugs .
